We require a 30% upfront payment before starting any project. This payment covers planning, setup, and initial development work. It is non-refundable once the project has begun.
If the client cancels a project after the upfront payment, no refund will be issued. Any additional work completed and costs incurred beyond the 30% deposit will be invoiced.
If DevAutoX cancels a project for reasons within our control, we will issue a refund for the portion of the work not completed.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to change of mind or scope changes after the project has started. Additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
For digital products, software, or hosting services delivered by DevAutoX, all sales are final and non-refundable.
