DevAutoX provides software development, design, and digital solutions. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before starting.
We require a 30% upfront payment before starting any project. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to avoid project delays.
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as agreed in the proposal. Extra revisions may cost additional fees.
After full payment, clients own the final deliverables. DevAutoX may showcase the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
We strive for high-quality results but cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or issues outside our control.
Either party may end the project in writing. If terminated by the client, payments made remain non-refundable.
These Terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
